The Massachusetts Financial Education Collaborative is a consortium of government agencies, service organizations and professional entities focused on ways to provide useful financial education services to the people of Massachusetts. FPAMA is a chartered founding partner and works closely with the organization to reach out to the underserved.
FPAMA has partnered with Junior Achievement of MA to provide professional resources to give classes in our public schools. We have taught in schools across Massachusetts and our classes have ranged from elementary level to high school. More classes will probably be forming as a result of the MFEC and we will work to promote this education in our cities and towns.
Bentley University has been the long-time host of our quarterly meetings and has been an unofficial “home” for FPAM since its formation. As one of the premier financial education institutions in our midst, we enjoy an important relationship.
